Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Majhi Kundali, we provide 100% digital services — computer-generated PDF reports delivered instantly upon payment. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

Since our services are digital goods delivered instantly (astrological report PDFs generated immediately after payment confirmation), we do not offer refunds once the payment is successful and the report has been generated and made available to you.

2. When We WILL Help You

We will provide a full refund or a free regeneration in the following situations:

• Payment deducted but report not delivered — If your payment was successfully deducted but you never received access to your report due to a technical failure on our end, contact us within 7 days. We will either fix access or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
• Double payment charged — If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the extra amount within 5–7 business days.

3. When We CANNOT Refund

• If you entered incorrect birth details (name, date, time, or place) and the report was successfully generated based on that input
• If you changed your mind after the report was generated
• If you did not find the astrological results to your satisfaction (reports are computer-generated and non-judgmental)

4. Cancellation

Since reports are generated instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed. We recommend verifying all birth details carefully before proceeding to payment.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (cases from Section 2 above) will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@majhikundali.in with:

• Your Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID
• A brief description of the issue
• A screenshot of the payment confirmation (if available)

We will respond within 48 hours on business days.
