1. What We Deliver

All our products are digital files delivered online:

• Janma Kundali (Birth Chart) — PDF file
• Patrika Matching Report — PDF file
• Marathi Biodata — PDF / Image file

2. Delivery Method & Timeline

• Instant Online Access: Immediately after payment confirmation, your report is generated and made available to download directly on the website — typically within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
• Email Delivery (Optional): If you provide your email address during purchase, a copy of your PDF report will be emailed to you within 5–10 minutes of payment.
• No physical delivery: We do not ship any physical items. No courier, no postal delivery.

3. Delivery Failure

If you do not receive your report within 10 minutes of a successful payment:

• First, check your email's Spam / Junk folder
• Try refreshing the report page using your order link or resume token
• If the issue persists, contact us at support@majhikundali.in with your Payment ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours

4. Re-Download

Paid reports remain accessible for re-download for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. After that, the report may be purged from our servers as part of routine data cleanup.
